Polarization-maintaining (PM) dispersion compensating fiber jumpers are made of dispersion compensating fiber (DCF) and are suitable for applications that require precise control of system dispersion. Both ends of the polarization-maintaining (PM) dispersion-compensating fiber jumper are matched with a section of conventional device polarization-maintaining fiber to minimize loss when connected to other PM fiber jumpers. Both ends of the jumper adopt high-precision polarization-maintaining optical fiber connectors, which have low insertion loss and high return loss.
- Both ends are ordinary polarization-maintaining single-mode optical fibers, which can achieve low-loss access to the existing optical system.
- Both ends can be customized with commonly used polarization-maintaining connectors such as FC, SC, and LC.
